4. Why there is no cookie banner
Irish ePrivacy rules do not require prior consent for a cookie that is strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user. Because the current website sets only this type of cookie, an “accept” banner would not provide a meaningful optional choice. We still provide this policy so the use is transparent.
